By clicking the “agree” button and submitting your response, you grant to National Council of State Boards of Nursing (NCSBN) and the Interstate Commission of Nurse Licensure Compact Administrators (ICNLCA) the irrevocable and unrestricted rights to reproduce, prepare derivative works, edit, alter, publicly perform and display, and distribute any content submitted to or through the survey (“User Submissions”), including any text, data, video, audio, photos, statements, etc. regarding you, your name, biographical information, voice, testimonial statements, likeness, etc., for any lawful purpose in any manner or medium and you waive all privacy, publicity and moral rights.
